Baroque Rocks’ Ear Lobe Disaster: Press Coverage by Rachael Taylor
Absolutely delighted to have played a small part in Rachael Taylor 's excellent and incisive piece, “Ear Lobe Disasters: What To Do About Ripped and Stretched Piercings” for the brilliant jewellery connoisseur’s website “Katerina Perez.” My ears have quite literally been burning since its publication.
I’m pleased to report that my once-torn lobe is now fully restored (and apologies in advance, dear Magpies — the footage of said lobe is not for the faint-eared). The re-piercing itself is simply awaiting its moment of glory, which I’ve pragmatically ear-marked for 2026.
My immense thanks go to Rachael for charting this somewhat tortuous journey with such deft clarity. And I cannot recommend Mr Neil Bulstrode — leading Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at GOSH and in private practice — highly enough; his mastery of all things auricular verges on the miraculous.
And, Magpies, to see Baroque Rocks alongside such distinguished jewellery houses was a particular pleasure — a really 'lobe-ly' honour!!
