How do I order on Baroque Rocks?
Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the ADD TO CART button to place it in your shopping cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.
Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your payment information.
Is it safe to order on Baroque Rocks?
Yes, it is safe to order on Baroque Rocks. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server. At Baroque Rocks we respect your privacy, and we will only disclose your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Can I purchase a Baroque Rocks gift voucher?
No not at this time but we hope to make this available in the future.
How will my order be packaged?
All pieces of jewellery arrive in the beautiful Baroque Rocks packaging and are delivered in discreet non-branded outer packaging.
What payment methods does Baroque Rocks accept?
Baroque Rocks accepts the following payment methods Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, ApplePay, American Express.
How do I track my online order?
Baroque Rocks will email you with a tracking number.
How can I cancel or amend my order?
Please contact info@baroquerocks.com to cancel or amend your order.
Can I ship my order to a location outside of the UK?
We have decided to no longer offer International Shipping.
However, should you fall in love with one of our gloriously glittering baubles (and we totally understand that you might) we shall endeavour to fulfil your wishes. So please do get in touch by sending an email to info@baroquerocks.com
However please be advised any customs, excise or import duties arising from delivery of the item to the buyer are to be paid by the buyer.
What communication will I receive regarding my order?
Once your purchase has been completed you will receive a confirmation email followed shortly by a delivery email containing the tracking number.
Can I return my items?
Please see our Returns policy which will advise how you should do this.
How do your sizes come up?
Our sizing is true to size based on UK sizing. Please refer to our Jewellery Sizing Guide for more details.
How do I measure?

Where I can I see your products?
Online however depending on the piece we can arrange a viewing in London. Please contact us at info@baroquerocks.com for more information or to arrange a viewing.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our products under £1000 are dispatched with Royal Mail Guaranteed by 1pm which provides real time tracking and online electronic signatures upon delivery.
For products over £1000 please contact us on info@baroquerocks.com
Any customs, excise or import duties arising from delivery of the item to the buyer are to be paid by the buyer.
Can I order for Next Day Delivery?
Yes for all orders placed before 3pm. Please contact us at info@baroquerocks.com should you need an urgent delivery.
